If your item is eligible for a refund, we offer a full refund or exchange if it is returned to us within 30 days. Please inspect your item immediately and notify us if there are any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments, and we will fix the issue or offer a full refund. To receive a full refund, the items must be in original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware and accessories included. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
 
In the following cases or items, we do not accept returns
  • Custom items including lighting and furniture
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items that were not bought in our store
  • The existing packaging is damaged
  • Repack the product to intentionally damage it
  • The product label was removed
  • The product (including all accessories and hardware) is missing
 
About Refund
An invoice is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are not refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Return to an incorrect location – 25% restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies for packages or shipments that are refused return upon delivery.

Items returned due to non-acceptance of delivery appointments or refusal to make an appointment in time with the carrier, 15% restocking and return shipping charges apply for returned items.
 
How to Return
Please pack the item in the original shipping box and send to the address where our support team will guide you. The box should completely sealed to ensure the item can be transported safely. The customer should be responsible for the express delivery and packaging materials of the return. After confirming that the returned product arrives, we will process the refund. However, if the return was shipped by cash on delivery due to the customer's convenience, the shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount.
